The form: a user-friendly interface
The process begins with a user-friendly form, a view of the table DB Updates, as shown below. The form is logically structured, grouping products by category. For each category, the responsible person can easily select the relevant items and input the updated stock volumes. This clear and intuitive design minimizes errors and ensures that all necessary information is captured.
